Tia’s Morning Smoothie

Morning Smoothie

Yields: 1 serving
Prep time: 5 minutes
Total time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

½ cup loosely packed baby spinach

1/4 cup raspberries

1/4 cup blueberries

1/4 cup blackberries

1 banana, cut in half

1 cup oat or nut milk

1 serving collagen or protein powder

1 tsp chia seeds, optional

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a resealable container, add the spinach and fruit. Place in a container in the freezer. Allow to freeze overnight.

Add frozen spinach and fruit into a blender, with 1 cup milk, collagen and chia seeds. Puree until smooth, if too thick add more milk. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
